Responsible for revenue generation for annual, package and individual sales for the Club Level at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and other premium services.

Essential duties and responsibilities: Sells premium hospitality to new customers and renew contracts for existing customers. Develops, maintains and grows customer relationships with premium seating, memberships and sponsorship accounts. Researches potential clients, develop presentations, and implement strategies that help maintain lasting relationships and generate increased revenues and profits. Develops and executes long-term, annual and short-term strategy regarding new Club Level sales and renewal initiatives, sales tracking/AR and post-sale communications. Assists with the development of premium products, as well as areas of potential revenue opportunity in membership, sponsorship and ticketing. Resolves escalated customer issues and complaints. Establishes premium sales forecasts, set performance goals and determine metrics/reporting that will hold staff accountable for their results. Works with CFO to ensure compliance with legal and contractual policies and standards.


Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Minimum 5 years of sales management experience. Track record of sales and leadership success. Demonstrated passion for sales and relationship building. Quality presentation skills Previous entertainment experience preferred Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, in English Proficient in Windows Based programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
